I would like to take a moment to say thank you to the Relay For Life of Rosemount committee members for their long hours and hard work, giving? so unselfishly of their time. To all those people who walked through the night with family and friends. To the team captains and the teams themselves who worked so hard to raise money to support the American Cancer Society. To all the local businesses? who gave so much — late night pizzas, bottled water, sloppy joes, movie theater popcorn, coffee, snacks, fruit and bagels for the teams, dinner and flowers for the survivors, free massages, hairstyles for Locks of Love donations and business sponsorships to the Relay For Life. There are so many of you that it would be impossible to name everyone but you know who you are. In my eyes the true heroes of the event are those who wore their purple t-shirt (the survivors) who walked that all important first lap to start the relay.?? It is for you that we relay! Thank you everyone for a successful 2007 Relay for Life of Rosemount.
